I went to a view point of a valley in the Black Forest today. I planned to take a picture in the golden and in the blue hour.

I’ve arrived early and had enough time to find some nice trees while waiting for the sunset. I like to shoot trees and I try to get better with this.

Unfortunately, I had no luck with the sunset. The light was boring because of the hazy air. The light got weak even 45 minutes before the sun set. The valley became dull and grey quickly. It’s amazing how fast the color can vanish.  That’s a common problem of the Upper Rhein Plain where I live. Even my try to take a picture of a valley in the blue hour failed. There was too much movement in the air. Everything in the distance was blurry. I was really surprised :O.
